SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

 

Shipping 

  • We take about 10 days to ship your ordered shirt as we don’t keep stock inventories to cut the textile % garment waste problem. In case you have ordered an imported fabric garments, we take 21 days to ship your order. If you’ve ordered more than 3 shirts, we send you the first shirt as a trial in 7 days, and once you’ve confirmed you’re happy with the fit, we process the rest of the order.
  • Please note, that in case of any unfortunate events there can be a slight delay in delivery. Though, we try our best to have your order delivered to you in time. In rare cases when a fabric you’ve selected is not available, our Customer Care team will get in touch with you to help select an alternate option. If you’re not happy with the alternate fabric, we will refund your money back.
  • We shall keep you updated with status of your order via email/SMS  or both when it’s placed, and when it’s shipped out.
  • In case you are ordering a custom made shirt, we generally take 10-15 days to ship you order. In case you’ve ordered more than 3 custom-made shirts, we send you the first shirt as a trial in 7 days, and once you’ve confirmed you’re happy with the fit, we process the rest of the order.

Returns & Refunds 

  • We do not do refunds for your products, as each garment you order are specifically made on demand and as per your requirement since we don’t believe in stocking inventories.
  • We do accept returns, and allow a replacement for your order if you are not satisfied with the construction quality [ manufacturing/stitching defects]
  • Incase of failed transaction, if amount has been deducted, will be automatically refunded to the source account within 5-7 working days. Incase you don’t receive a refund, please contact us on the support numbers (under Contact us).
